Does your school do senior projects? It's a requirement to pass for graduation. sleep.gif;
If your school does, What project are you doing?

For our senior project, it is suppose to be based on community service, or career related anddd it HAS to be a stretch for you.
So...
I'm doing a slient auction to help raise money toward St. Jude's Research Hospital.
It would have paintings made/donated into the slient auction by students and whoever that would like to participate.
Complicated i know. I could have just skipped all the slient auction part and just find donations. But I just had to be original.
>_< Crossing fingers and hope i pass!

We don't have to do a senior project, we just have to write a senior paper on a world author.

yeah, i'm in this program where we basically have to do a year long science fair project with a 7 chapter paper due at the end of the year ._.
if we don't then we don't graduate with a sci&tech degree or whatever they call it.

my project is total bs, but other kids are doing stuff like DNA sampling and stuff at NIH and NASA >.>

At my high school, if you were in an AP English Lit. class, all you had to do was write a graduation speech. biggrin.gif

If you didn't, you had to collaborate with a teacher on one random topic (of your choosing, but it has to have SOME educational value) & write a 10 page essay for your senior thesis. & you still had to write a graduation speech anyways lol.

Yes, we have senior project. Its required for graduation, so if you don't pass
you don't graduate. Ours has to be a learning stretch and has some aspect of the
community involved. However, due to several topics being overdone, we can't do
photography, nutrition or fashion.

I'm doing mine on Arabic and women in Islam.

Oh gosh.
The Senior Project in my county
is so much work

We have to find a topic
write a like five page paper
and create a product
and also get a mentor
to over see your progress
and then
keep a portfolio of all your
progress

Then present in front of a panel
then they grade
you fail you don't pass

Kinda sucks
but we pretty much start
10th grade year
and work our way up
