Playing cards when we had absolutely nothing to do while on a field trip. Hello, the teacher didn't assign us to do any work so we had nothing to do but play cards.

"Detention! How dare you play cards in public!"

She said it like it was illegal too. It's not like we were gambling or anything..

Apparently, a digital perm with bangs and a purple streak is too distracting. The orchestra teacher shot out of his chair was like "DETENTION! 1 HOUR! YOUR HAIR IS UGLY AND DISTRACTING! DISGRACEFUL! WHY DON'T YOU ASIANS ACT NICE AND INNOCENT! LIKE STEREOTYPICAL ASIANS! STRAIGHT HAIR, QUIET, AND CUTE!" The thing that pissed me off the most that he didn't even get fired or suspended for that >_____> And a girl with a scene mullet and raccoon stripes and hot pink hair sits in the back of me. Like wtf?!

I think he's racist to asians because last time I saw him he started doing that "ching-chong-chang" stuff on me. And like most of the caucasian students always get A's, even though they don't really do much homework, never go to the concerts, and giggle and talk a lot (not meaning to be racist or anything). Then all the Asian students do most homework, always go to concerts, and listen to him and we all get C's D:< That john teshing pinkberry

Last year in Art, I got a detention because "I didn't ask permission to use fabric paint."
Before we started the project she said that it would be an individual assignment where you don't ask for any help or materials.
So then I was using fabric paint and then she yelled "YOU'RE GOING TO DETENTION!"
"I DON'T WANT YOU TO USE FABRIC PAINT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION"
I got pretty ticked because she said we had to work on our own pace, and if I'm not working she would give me a zero.

not me but funny, 2 of my friends decided they wanted to get suspended 1 day before a 3 day weekend for fun lol so they were running around the halls screaming and crap, this dean in our skewl stopped them and brought them to his office, while goin in, they passed another 1 of our friends, so he went and peaked into the office and started laffing ( without sound ) and the fat guy pointed to him and sed come here and all 3 ended up getn suspended 2gether lol

Some guy thought I had his dollar and told the teacher on me, so I tell them I don't have it. So they tell me to pull out my wallet and pulls out a dollar and asks the other kid "Is this your dollar?" and he said "That's my dollar that he took"

I never took that dollar.

I got detention AND I lost a dollar.

I got detention because my pencil, YES PENCIL was too short to use according to the teacher.

I remember it very clearly....

"Why you bring this pencil to school? Cant you afford a new one? detention!"

...I think that teacher had something against me.

If I rememebr correctly the pencil was aprox... 5-6cm. But I was like 8? So it was'nt small for me.

Last year I was put on detention because my daggy maths textbook was left out in the playground. It was an accident as I forgot about it and it was raining that day too. The textbook was under the shelter and some fat idiot told the head maths teacher - now deputy principal, that the book got soaked. I was really peeved because:
One - It was already wrecked and not majorly by me, though I did participate a little bit to the damage.
Two - It was under the shelter.
Three - The book was not even wet.

Being the stubborn old lady she was she didn't want to listen to my so-called "excuses". So it was either 1 hour after school detention or I have to pay $50 for that junk.

i hated detention in high school. the most ridiculous ones were when i had my cell phone sticking out of my jean pockets.. and then there was one time i was watching a fight in the girls locker room and someone ratted me as a witness so i ended up getting detention.

when i was in 9th grade, the principal herself (quite old in fact) looked for me all over school just because i had missed those phsicologist test to know which course we should take in high school. totally pissed me off because i didn't want to take the test. but she made me and then punished me, making me stay in the phsicologist's office the entire day.

Omg i hated my geography teacher apparently i was disruptive so she moved me next to a stinky boy, then she kept me back for no reason and threatened me to call parents etc then the next day i was sitting and looking down at my work when i looked up smiling she sent me out and gave me 1 hour detention snitched on me to my teacher and gave me a really bad report on parents evening! i just smiled not even a smirk and she gave me a 1 hour detention!!!!
