I Think I Really Need To Lose Some Fat high school football player

i'm 5'11 at 210 lbs, and i'm gaining more weight everyday.
i've got a lot of hidden fat, and i consider myself fat, but i honestly dont LOOK fat.
i'm a freshmen (14 yrs old) and i'm a linemen BECAUSE i'm big.
and a big linemen is good...but i honestly DONT wanna be fat.
i'm set as a d. tackle (the fat guys on d. line) but i wanna get a change as d. end cuz my footworks quick, but they
say i'm not "fast" enuff, but literally i'm faster than 4 ends they have right now, taller, AND have better technique.

so basically fat is a disadvantage for me BECAUSE:
- my muscle (i pump iron everyday) are concealed. so i basically wanna "look good"
- makes u slower
- it doesnt look pleasant
- girls dont really like it on a first impression.
- wen shirts shrink a little, it shows the line of where my stomach fat is.
- i dont like to take off my shirt in public.( but i do anyways, but if i am, i wanna do it in a WOWING way)

and since football practice is EVERYDAY, nd it tires u, u just eat anything that mom has for u.. (rice most of the time)
but i gotta lose this fat for my health's/impression's sake. i'm probably about 18-20% fat, and i wanna get it lower, so my forming double shin GOES AWAY, MY stomach that is out a little IN, my forming love handles GONE, extra fat around my arms GONE...
and after i lose the fat, i'm gonna build on muscle like crazy.
and being fat, u sweat extra...i dont like that hahaha..

give me advice on wat i can do. to lose my fat.
but i gotta work something out with the schedule i got now

1- school then football right after, then i eat rice or w.e there is.
2- i eat something really small like chips or something at 8 pm
then i sleep at around 10:30 everyday on school nights...

but help me take baby steps to get to the place i wanna get.
and at football practice i basically sweat like crazy in all the gear. we run hardcore twice a week.
but i think i have to run LONG distance.....idk
work something out with me please

First you need to give us a sample of your
daily diet. As detailed as possible. Secondly
you should doing some cardio upon waking, even if that
means you have to get up an hour earlier everyday for school.

Breakfast: 6:50
Either!
-bagels with eggs.
-2 pieces of toast with eggs (2)
-pancakes or frenchtoast.
ALONG WITH SAENGSHEEk (like good nutrients in a pakc u mix with water and honey.) green/olive color. but fills me up until school lunch
School Lunch: 11:58
Either:
chx sandwich
strombolis
wraps
pasta or lunch special.
Before Practice:
a protein bar or natural valley bar.

practice 3:00 pm- 6:30
7:00 DINNER
RICE..RICE..RICE because like i said, wen i get home i'm just soo hungry i eat RICE or w.e my mom got for me.

How big are your lunch and dinner portions?
Also what do you eat with your rice? How much rice?
Lastly, I know you snack because you mentioned the chips thing.
How much do you snack? What do you snack on?
When do you snack?

I'll tell you honestly, there's no way you can maintain
210lbs of mass with that diet. The diet you listed looks to be
no more than ~2500cals. Also combined with 3.5 hours of practice
there is no way you can maintain mass by eating like that.
Also you said you pump iron, is that sometime in those 3.5 hours
of practice? or separate?

an hour of lifting with the team
but really right?
i'm gaining a lot of weight with that diet no lie..
but i'd sa honestly on weekends i cheat but it's not like TOO BAD.
my lunch is just about 1 sandwich with water and cookies or pretzel or w.e
dinner: rice- brown rice one bowl with w.e there is.
snack- a little the serving size

well like i said, i literally have football EVERY SINGLE DAY,
and wen i get home it's like 6:30-7:00 pm,
and i'm REALLY hungry, and i wanna eat anything wen i get home
and i wanna be full, so i eat rice...but i no i gotta fix that but
tell me EXACTLY wat i shuld eat.

and i cant get into a running schedule yet, but people always tell me,
diet is probably 70-80% of losing fat, and excersize is the thing that helps.
but i basically want and need a new diet plan...can someone help me out?

and also, from december on, i'll be running a LOT more and concentrating on my diet,
i'm really dedicated to losing my fat

Have you talked to your mom about losing weight?

'Cause if all she has for you is rice when you get home, maybe you could ask her to have something else ready for you?

Unless that's all she has time to make because of work or something.

maybe try small, simple changes.. im going to assume you eat white rice - try switching to brown rice. you can eat less of it and feel full faster and longer

no, but it's like, she doesnt no the exact time wen i get home, and i dont really wanna wait, cuz
by the time i get picked up i'm HUNGRY as hell.

nope haha i switched to brown rice, but gas is coming out during practice, but if it's gonna help me lose some fat, idc haha.
