*WEAR SUNSCREEN EVERYDAY
Whether it is sunny or cloudy, this has got to be the most useful trick to preventing early aging, wrinkles & sunspots. I use an SPF 55 on my face everyday and SPF 30 on my arms, neck, chest and legs. Make sure your choice of sunscreen will block both UVA & UVB rays. Zinc oxide and/or Titanium dioxide are two active ingredients that would be effective for blocking those types of rays.
*Wear mineral-based makeup
Using more natural ingredients on your skin will save it from some stress that chemically-based makeup might give you. Mineral based makeup should allow your skin to breathe as they are non-comedogenic (does not block pores). I would recommend brands such as Bare Minerals or Joppa.
*Wear moisturizers at night and during the day
I use Cetaphil moisturizers since they are very mild and won't cause breakouts. I believe moisturizing is important, especially during the winter months when the cold weather can really dry out your skin. I usually put a thin layer at night before I sleep and in the mornings after applying sunscreen. As an added benefit, moisturizers also tend to let your makeup go on your skin smoother, giving it a more natural appearance ^^
Drink a lot of water
Water helps hydrate your skin and prevents it from drying out. It also helps filter out toxins and other impurities that may cause breakouts.
Use creams with Retinol
Retinol improves the elasticity of your skin. I really don't think it is necessary to use this ingredient when you are still young as your skin at this age has a good amount of collagen, but it would be a good choice to use it for the future ^^
Hope you learned something new

Wouldn't it be sticky if we put on sunscreen? Is it the same one we put before going swimming or to the beach?

I'm a guy, I don't do this, but, if u really hate the sunscreen feeling u can always wear makeup with sunscreen? I heard most makeup have SPF.
Or get moisturizers with spf already in it--might be more bearable.
Side note: don't know if this is true, but if girls really put like moisturizers, eye cream sunscreen, makeup like foundations and loads of other stuff on their face its not good! The chemicals in all those diff/ products piled up on your face could react with each other and cause a side effect.
Try sticking to just moisturizers + sunscreen (better yet a moisturizer with SPF in one) and if u must wear makeup keep it to a minimum like concealer + powder, which is what my cousin does ^^

Depends on what type of sunscreen you use. Please apply suncreen everyday. People don't realize how important it is. It can prevent aging, brownspots, and damage caused by the sun.

That's Robert Downey, Jr. right? That's funny, because didn't he go to jail for possession of heroin and cocaine? He looks great in that picture though (and in his latest movie)! And who says drugs age you? ;P
