Reasons I want to move out:

1. Roommates and I are complete opposites. They are extroverts, I am an introvert. I like to stay in my room all the time, they like to go out and invite their friends over (almost every single freaking day!!!) until real late.

2. We had a conflict the beginning of this yr where they allowed a girl I did not like to stay at our house for a week or two because she was house-less. (i allowed it to happen but did not want it to) however, the girl seems to be coming over the house every single day and it just annoys me everytime i see or hear her. (when i go back home on weekends she sleeps over at our place, leaves her car parked in our parking lot, and even took a shower at our place even though she has her own apartment)

3. Its hard to talk to them and ask them to go out more than stay in because they obviously dont have anything else to do and its two against one!!! sad.gif

4. Their friends for some ODD reason always come to our house, roommates never go to theirs.

Reasons I dont want to move out:

1. It's a hassle.

2. If i want to move out, I want to find a one bedroom-er, and the only one I can get on such short notice that will end the same time my school will end (i am a senior this year) is going to be 950 a month without utilities. (almost 1,000 bucks) My apartment now shared with 3 people is only 375 each.

what should I do? suck it up? My parents are willign to be pay the 950.. but i derno I shouldn't take advantage of my parents like that, but I also can't stand living with these roommates. I've hated them since last year but I pretended to put up with it.

IT's my senior year..so IDK BTW, landlord is so easy going he will allow it. he already said he would

i have the same problem. I HATE my housemates, and they like to invite people over a lot, blast their music with the speakers half the size of me, and have "dance parties". I'm pretty sure they hate me too since we've had some drama going on. I just like to relax in my room. They are gf and bf so like you, it's always 2 against 1. I decided I will suck it up and live there because I don't want to endure the moving process again and pay more rent. The reason I moved off campus was to save money. It's up to you. You'll be happier if you moved.

WHAT?! You disliked them ever since last year???? WHY DID YOU EVEN BOTHER STAYING WITH THEM AGAIN!?!?!?! That just makes everything worse!! Look on craigslist the best you can to find a way cheaper alternative than 900 bucks. That's sooooo much money being wasted over something so dumb as this.
Save yourself some sanity and find a cheap room.

Yes, I would consider mental health more important than money.

I think you should move out. If you feel guilty about letting your parents pay your rent, maybe you can agree to pay them back gradually after you graduate. It's really not a good experience to live with people you don't get along with, as you should be able to feel comfortable in your own home.
