I think either on Thursday or Friday, I updated my Zune because the stupid software wouldn't stop bugging me about it. I decided to take a shot at it and do so, but I regret it now. From then until now, I've had to reset my Zune multiple times a day or something because it doesn't stop freezing. I don't know how to fix this stupid thing. :3

my zune has a lot of random problems sometimes too but different. -.- it's so annoying i want to get another mp3 player but this one still works so i feel bad for asking. o_o

Even when I first got my Zune, it couldn't read Chinese/Korean/Japanese characters. I don't even know where it is with updating.

i don't have a zune.
i have an ipod, but consider getting a zune.
but zune does not have korean character.

You need to downgrade the Zune to either 1.3 or 1.4 firmware then hack the patch for the language.
After that, you can put any language you want in it.

my zune does the same thing
i called customer service and they said that there was a little problem in the upgrade
so it freezes when you try to change the song at the last 20 sec of the song

Wow, I wish I could help.
My Zune never froze on me once.
Except that one time when it was in the snow for ever 30 Minutes, but after
heating it up and pressing
the UP key and BACK key at the same time, it was fine.

Did everyone get their 30GB zunes back up after the Y2K9 freeze-up?
After 2 weeks, mine never unfroze and Microsoft sent me a shiny new zune even though mine was 2 years old... and I opened mine up to fix it but i didn't mention that =X it was painfully obvious though.
