Anyone actually put effort into learning a new accent? Not a new language, but an accent?

tongue.gif I've been doing the irish accent for quite some time now// It's funny when I meet new people and I whip out my irish accent xD They think I'm actually born in Ireland ㅋㅋㅋ

I'm British, so hay gaiz, cream over me I've got that accent. (< joke (: )
But my friend is from Yorkshire, and I'm from Newcastle, so she speaks different to us.
And I just love repeating her!

"That's just the way it is, innit." in her Yorkshire accent, haha. I love how she speaks. I quite like southern accents.

Buahaha, my British accent is bullocks.
But I'm told my Aussie accent is pretty convincing; cause like 80% of my friends are Australian.
Hmm don't know if it's just the people around here, but most people can't seem to tell the difference between British and Australian accents (in general, not when I'm butchering them).

British accents are hot. lol I try to do one but the closest I ever got was when my friend from Britain came to the States (HEY SHAOLU -waves-) and omg its so weird when you're talking to someone who has a really strong accent because you start talking that way. ._. lol

I wanna learn the British and australian accent, hehe.
I think its just so cool, yknow? Especially the British one. Like Cho Chang/Katie Leung, xD

I have an Indian/Chinese-mixed accent myself but I don't use it outside of the family. =/
But my accent comes out when I'm speaking with Indian people, LMAO.
