I was digging through some of my old threads over at another forum and I figure i'd share this odd accident:

Before I say what happened, i'll let you figure it out.

This is NOT photoshop.

leverage ftl?

Car A hits pole, pole goes with Car A, Car B reacts, pole is underneath Car B and voila, result?

I want to say that Car A is a Mazda MX-6, don't know what Car B is...looks to squarish and wheels look to Cobalt-ish.

^summarized version?
my opinion is.

other things contributed
such as weather.

It is raining, so probably a thunder storm, the thunder storm knocked down the pole.
While the black car and the white car was about to pass each other.
the white car lost control because of the wet road, hitting the pole causing a leverage for the black car
the timing was perfect to cause this weird disaster.

p.s - where is a riddle solver when you need 1? but then again i don't think this accident has anything to do with logic, because it seems very out of the ordinary.

edit-
this is amusing. i wonder what the reaction was when she was in midair.

Well imagine being in this situation. The person is still inside the car, the power lines that get knocked down are pretty close to the car, and any movement (in the car or trying to open the door) could result in the car toppling over... even the firefighters look like they have no clue how to bring the car down.

uhhhhh....

1. pole was down first.?
2. volvo got stuck with the pole underneath.?
3. the other car goes off road by trying to stop.?
4. lifts the pole by being on lower ground.?

...yeah..... except for the pole isn't exactly under neath the other car....

so what happened???!!!?!?!?!?!?!
