I have been going to that school.. for too long sleep.gif

I can say... some classes are like heyy my high school looked nicer!
The administration can be frustrating but at least I don't have to go to them very often.

Im not sure what else to say about it... do you have specifics you're wondering about?

There are dorms on campus, but most of the people commute to school. Actually the whole "school life" that sometimes movies portray I don't see. I might be just avoiding all that social stuff but I doubt it. Most of the people commute, and a pretty large population work so I think most of the people just go to school for class and go after that.

The side I go to school from (Alhambra) is pretty normal and nice, but the other side of the school has the more run down feel of los angeles. Ever drive down Valley? Its like Alhambra feel that transitions into a more hispanic or commercial area especially after fremont... But I guess its pretty okay overall >.< bad description? lol

Anything else you're curious about? o.o

The school is somewhat on a hill
Like the one of the parking lots usually stays kind of empty because its a lot of stairs to go up. There are other ones that are closer to the school but its easiest to park there and I need the exercise haha

you must be kidding about those stairs, right?
damn those kind of stairs always seem to follow me everywhere i go.

so, where is the best place to park on the street?
a place where my car don't get rob or anything
(car getting rob, going for funny there.)

is the admin building up the hill? if not, where is it?

Hope you can see it...
Most of the time the parking is safe, where I park sometimes gets kind of empty so the other lot (esp the one in the top middle) is most populated.

If you decide to go, you can buy parking for $0.50/hour and I believe $6 for the day, and the machines don't give change.

I know the Psych department is in the King Hall (I showed the picture of it before) and I think its on the 3rd or 4th floor but I don't remember.

The admin building if you could see in the left of the picture

Haha! The school site does have useful info (I hate the administration, and the website) http://www.calstatela.edu/univ/maps/cslamap.php

i went to the site before and got confuse. so, i rather not go there unless it is REALLY necessary to do so.

There isn't really street parking, if you do park on the street its like residential area which would be free but much more of a walk. The school is pretty much on a hill and has a lot of freeway around it.

I would call to ask first, because I haven't had to deal with that for a long time (I started in 2003 vicx.gif) But the cashiers office is at the admin building most likely they can help.

how are the residential area?
i don't mind the walking distance as long as i don't have to walk up those stairs. (those stairs scare me.)

really? is it noisy?

i did call last month and they told me, "asap. there is no deadline.'

2003? that's a long time. (somehow i don't feel that bad since i have being at cc for more then a few years.) you must know about the school inside and out.

Residential area is pretty nice, looks okay and not scary. Of course... you will end up having to go up those stairs haha...

O_o where do you live?

Yeah, I have been at this school for far too long, with any luck I should finish by this year.

*angry face* earlier I was trying to get on wifi and I just couldn't connect and get a stable connection grr

LOL what about city then not trying to stalk, just wondering about your general location laugh.gif
Park on or around the structures. Those have elevators, on average you have to go up 3 floors unless you park at the top which you can for both (the top center one you can buy timed parking but not sure if it gets full)

Each quarter is 10 weeks. They pass quickly, time files if you get lazy.

I know there used to be two on campus but both have closed... I don't explore around the school very much so I didn't know where that would be! ohmy.gif
