A guy walks past a mental hospital and hears a moaning voice, "13... 13... 13... 13..."
The man then looks over at the hospital and saw a hole in the wall. He looks through the hole in the wall and gets poked in the eye.
The moaning voice then groans, "14... 14... 14... 14..."

i heard this one b4. but there's another one with a blonde and brunette.this time the blonde is the smart one.
except it's on a train track and a blonde is singing 22 22 22 while sitting on the tracks.
then a brunette walks by and sits down next to the blonde finding the song catchy.
w/o realizing it, the blonde left the brunette to sing alone and watched the brunette get hit by a train.
then the blonde sits back on the tracks and sings 23 23 23

i'm pretty sure that everytime the mental patient manages to get someone to look into the hole, he counts a number up...and this guy would be victim number 14
