Okay this is for my friend but she been telling me she has serious butt pimples >< and whats worse is it doesnt look like pimples she says cause whenever it 'pops' it bleeds like blood bleed no white stuff that commonly comes out from pimples and etc. It also leave her scars and dents and whenev she doesnt mess with them (she says) that it leaves a scar purplish-black spot where it was before and although it 'seem' like her butt doesnt 'feel' like there are any pimples once she press a bit she cna feel the soft skin and deep dents. tears.gif

i'd say its best to imagine than to um show you pictures unsure.gif

so two questions:
how to stop this strange bloody pimple (s)
and how to save her butt mellow.gif

ah yes to add she is very clean >_> she can't stand the dirtyness >< and she's freaking out so im trying to be helpful and ask for help xD

please and thank you ph34r.gif

Tell her to go see a doctor for the best advice.
She may even get some medication. It doesn't really
sound like pimples.

LOL your title caught my eye (.............i'm slightly ashamed.)

i don't know how to fix your friend's situation, but do NOT tell your friend that she has hemorrhoids. hemorrhoids are......uh... veins in your ...rectal area becoming inflamed (HOW DID I MAKE THIS THREAD EVEN MORE GROSS?). they have nothing to do with pimples or even mysterious semi-pimples.

There's a soap called Gamophen that helps get rid of body acne. I use it on my neck but i'm sure you can use it on your butts. Also since it works similar to salicyclic acid you put on your face but stronger .... i would recommend you moisturise!!!!!

Hope it helps.

Your "friend", is it? XD

I'd think they are probably the same as when people have acne on their back or chest.

A good suggestion is to be sure to shampoo and then wash your body. Shampoo can clog your pores and cause your skin to break out... my chest and shoulders do this sometimes when they come in contact with hair products. When you rinse your hair the shampoo runs into your... crack. So make sure to wash after you shampoo, not before.

Also, it could be caused by dampness... umm. You can actually put a mild solid deodorant on the area to prevent it from sweating. A lot of girls do this to their bikini line area.

It's because a lot of the time it's really the poster and the friend is imaginary.

Whether the friend is real or not, consult a physician/dermatologist.
