So last week I bought the International Version of my biology book and I was wondering what's the difference? The only big differences is the cover so far I know of and the pages are similar to the national textbook.

International editions and US editions are generally the same. The only differences is that the cover is a softcover instead of an hardcover, sometimes the picture are in black and white instead of color, and the review problems in the end of the chapter is different from the US edition.

^ prettyy much what projektazn said.
2/3 of my international edition are practically identical as in content and same order of review questions compared to us.
one of the book has rearranged review questions at the end of the chapter
