it usually happens when im too nice, and the person isnt used to it...

I dislike it not necessarily hate it. But it does make me feel awkward.
I give them a chance but it's just so awkward! ><
I kind of wish they didn't like me cause I wouldn't be able to bear it if I hurt them.

I don't like it, but I don't hate it. It is not like I will hate them for looking at me at another way or something.

I have gone through experiences like that before and when that happens, before they confess, I will just treat them like I normally do.
But if they don't confess and keep on living on with false hope, I start sending out signals by saying stuff like, "you're like a brother to me!"
When they confess, I tell them straight out that I only like them as a friend. It is good to be blunt since they will know the truth and it will most likely save your friendship =)

YESS! SO TRUE man when someone likes you and keeps bugging you.. When a guy likes me and I responded NICELY IN THE BEST WAY THAT I CAN to explain that I am not interested and they just keep going for it, pushing my buttons. I actually pick up when they call but dont tell a single stuff about myself to them. I dont want to make it look like they are special and i will tell thema bout my personal life. ITS SO IRRITATING. What happened to me was that a guy liked me and i made it clear that I wasn't intrested in him but I still spoke with him bc I felt that it was not right to totally ignore his call but just pick up at times and he said once that Its weird how He likes me, and i like him but we arent dating. I was goin to explode from hearing this when I made it clear that I didnt like him.

I freaking hate it, and it's so awkward as well... especially when you wanna tell them you're REALLY REALLY not interested and only see them as a friend. I'm still busting my balls trying to figure out how to tell someone that very same thing atm, I mean.. when it's randoms or people you don't know all that well.. IT'S SO much easier cuz frankly I couldn't give two sh*ts about their feelings. With friends though, it's altogether a different matter :/

. . . . haaa... I'm undergoing the same condition as you. The difference is just that, I don't think that guy really mean to have a serious relationship. He is just desperate to have a gf. How the heck you want me to believe that a guy who know me from a camp last year likes me? Sigh. After I rejected him, he says he will continues.. I'm speechless then. It's all up to him. I do not want to sound mean too.. Just let it be.. Yeah. It's not good to ignore.
