You should scrub the back of your feet with those pumice stones, it really works by scrubbing off all the dead skin. Just wet the stone in the shower and scrub your feet.

after that moisturize your feet. It will help keep them soft.

Soak your feet in warm water and then use a pumice stone to scrub at your callouses + dried parts and then USE FOOT CREAM! I either slather on foot cream from L'Occitane or use Nivea cream. Or wear socks with your flip flops xD

I got that when I did a swimming unit in PE last year, and I wore foam-bedded sandals. My heels cracked like crazy, because I walked around campus with wet sandals for a month = cracked feet. Then I switched to wearing Rainbows biggrin.gif So far, I've had no cracked heels even from my sandals being plunged in water.

My feet are like that too. I've tried scrubbing them with pumice stones which sorta helped but I got lazy and stopped. xD

Yes,i agree. Use pumice stones to scrub off the hard skin. After that, apply lotion of something to soften your feet

My mom used to have the same problem. But with hers it was really bad. She had like cracks all over the bottom of her feet like half an inch deep... and she couldn't feel anything on her feet 'cause there was so much dead skin. But she recently bought the PedEgg, and she says it works awsome. I saw her feet and they look sooo pretty (i don't have a foot fetish jsyk hahaha)... she also used Gold Bond Healing Foot Cream... it works good too. It may take a while but you'll be happy you invested in them smile.gif

agree, then put vaseline on your feet, cover with socks and keep on overnight...when you wake up your feet will be really smooth biggrin.gif
