what do you think of teachers???
are they friends or are they merely educators who explain lessons everyday making your life end a little bit faster???
based on what you've encountered about teachers in your school. . .

because in my school, teachers there are also like our second parents, our close pals, and educators as well. . . they're like our playmates. . .

so how about you???

to me, teachers are just teachers & nothing else.
like ive had a teacher that sad he wanted to be everyones friend (he said that it was his teaching style)
but it was really really weird. he was our P.E teacher and alot of the girls in my class got uncomfortable cause i guess he was too touchy feely ?

some teachers i would stop by and say hi even if they aren't my teachers anymore, those are the friends ;]

I am different from most of you.

To me most of my teachers are my friends.
I really get along with them.
I think its because i look at them as normal people (like me and my friends) and not as people how make us miserable by giving us hmwk ( i mean come on...its their job).
If i stop to talk to a teacher, i could like talk to her/him for 30 mins straight and not even notice the time.

Even though my friends make fun of me, I like to have that kind of relationship with my teachers. ^^''

it depends on the teacher.
like i only keep in contact with two of my teachers...whom i don't have anymore. i call them friends.
then there are those who don't even know my name...i call them educators.
then there are those who hate me...and they're just enemies. lmaoo

More like educator but I have one teacher who's very cool and laid back. She tells us to shut up and stuff, she knows whats going on in school like the drama between people cuz they tell her so she's both

It depends on who they are to me.
Like I consider one of my teachers somewhat like a buddy since I talk to him about random stuff.
But most teachers are like my educators and thats it
I see them in the hallways and I say hi but thats all XD

teachers for me are just doing their job. im sorry to say that i dont feel grateful towards them at all. i have a lot of teachers who seem to just hate their job.

To me teachers are just there to do their jobs. Some do it better than others lol. I have had teachers who just sit back and teach, and some who really get close to me and influence me in some ways. They are still only educators to me though.

I usually see educators as educators only, but I have kept in contact with a few profs. The relationship with those professors have evolved to either an equal relationship (since the courses are over) or a student-mentor relationship. I'm an ESL teacher, and although I love being friendly with my students (e.g. joke around with them, talk to them about private issues if they seem distraught), I still keep it professional.

I would say educators. Even though I feel close to some teachers in the past because they are kind to me and treat me with respect I feel they are someone I can relate to and learn from but, at the same time I feel they are not my friend but, a good educator.

this one math teacher i had was useless, she didn't really act like one.
but after i dropped out of her class, i heard after a year, she teaches better,
but has a stupid personality like i've seen with her, she never let us take our
time to write down our new problems, she just goes to the next one fast.
all class blamed her for making us get a F cause she failed teaching us -0-;;

only art/psychology teachers were like a friend to me, they helped me with my
problems and help me socialize with people more by using artistic flow and psychology learning!

Some teachers I like better then others, because they have good teaching methods
and knows how to interact, some just can't even keep the class quiet. LOL

Depends on who the teachers are. Some of the friendly teachers are easier to approach and they also treat students like friends.. But those teachers who are more serious and fierce.. emmm. ^^

Some teachers I have are just plain old teachers.
Others, on the other hand, are awesome.
I could talk to them about anything and they seem interested.
It's pretty cool having someone like that.
I think they're way better than the guidance department. TT
