hi,

ok so i have the Bose in ear headphones and all of a sudden when i plugged them into my ipod, there was very limited sound - usually no words just simple beats of the song.. not even the main melody. when i touched the jack part of it and moved it back and forth, it returned to normal and when i let it go it went back to the limited sound.

did anybody have a similar problem? These earphones were really expensive and it hasnt even been a year yet - is there anywhere i can go to fix this problem?

Check to see if you still have warranty on it. Sounds like your cable is damaged and most people don't want to do the fix.
