Has anyone ever tried it? Does it help?

Am taking it for long term health benefits. However, I don't see any noticeable effects. Are you trying to calm your brain (like I am), or trying to stimulate it?
Just some thoughts: I hope Asians can become more assertive and not passive. I hope Asians develop more social and interpersonal skills. Asians need to develop height through good habits and nutrition. Be careful of the stock market. Don't think it's easy money. It's deceptive and can be more dangerous than the casino. I've lost hundreds of times more in the stock market than the casino.

I found a noticeable benefit. However, I don't eat fish at all, and rarely eat other sources that would provide me with omega-3. I take both Fish oil and flaxseed oil. Make sure the fish oil capsules have at least 500g of total omega-3 to really be any good (or you'll have to take multiples...), as well as be approved by the USP (US pharmacopia). Typically I get about 1000g grams of the 3 types of omega-3 daily.

I take 1000mg fish oil tablets daily. I haven't noticed much difference in my 'brain power' (for lack of a better term) but I think fish oil is worth taking for the maintenance of a healthy cardiovascular system. It's also been tested to boost your metabolic rate (resulting in weight loss, especially if exercise etc is incorporated)

Yes it helps in a variety of ways. Unless you eat fish often you should invest in some omega-3's!
