Call them and ask.

Call 1-800-786-1000, In-N-Out service representatives from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., Sunday-Thursday and 8 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

I asked "For your 60th anniversary on October 22nd will there be discounts on burgers, fries, and drinks?"
They said, "No sorry, that is just a rumor"

DAmn...I searched around and others are saying that customer service has todld them it was a hoax...very sad times =[
