So at&t keeps calling me and leaving an automated message every single day
saying that my cellphone bill hasn't been paid, when my cellphone isn't even part of at&t, it's verizon.

Google "Photo Contacts Pro" . I have a motorola q9c that runs on windows mobile and this program allows me to block specific incoming calls, text messages, etc.

i think you can call up your server provider and ask them to block any incoming calls fromo certain numbers. friend did it for this person who got their number and kept frequently calling them. /creep.
