1. Do medicine/drugs like Tylenol, Advil and ext expire? I heard they lose their effectiveness overtime.
2. My friend might be pregnant and she's wondering if she goes to a doctor with her BF to check if she really is will they end up notifying her parents or keep it confidential? Since she obviously does not want her parents to find out.
A. She's 18, so would she have to bring a card like a kaiser card if she goes to kaiser to check?
B. Can she still get checked if she doesn't bring a card?
C. Would she have to pay money?

If there's something wrong with your body, you go to the gym.
If there's something wrong with your mind, you see a shrink.
But, when there's something wrong with your soul, you have no where to run to, but MUSIC.

1. Yes, they do lose their effectiveness after time. I think that's why they have an expiration date on it.
2. If she's 18, they keep it confidential unless there is a written notice allowing someone else to look at her medical records.
A-C. I don't know what a kaiser card is.
Sorry if I wasn't much help.

My uncle told me its ok but they do lose their effectiveness.
Kaiser card is like an I.D card, im not sure how to explain it because i don't go to the doctors normally.
It's like a I.D card where it hold your information i think.

There are free clinics or low cost such as planned parenthood and they will keep it confidential but she's over 18 so its on her discretion if she wants to tell or not. medications does expire. There is usually a date on the medicine bottle.
