sorry if this has been posted before.

but i've had back acne and i'm really scared because i need to wear a dress to homecoming and i dont want to show back acne. ]:
any advices on getting rid of them? any lotion or any ways you guys use to treat them?

The only thing you can do right now is cover it with powder but that's only temporary. It's best to see your derm so they can prescribe antibiotics and retinoids which will help clear the bacne.

I heard that Head and Shoulders (yes the shampoo) works on in because of the zinc?

Personally when I scrub/exfoliate my face I just rub it on my back too.

They have this spray called Nature's Cure and it's for body acne.

You can find it at Wal-Mart or Target or a place like that by the facial cleansers.

- Whenever possible, make sure there is no hair touching your back/neck. Tie it up.
- Drink plenty of water. Lots, lots!
- Get a back brush like this. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/assets/pro...6210516390P.JPG And give you back a good scrub. This honestly helped me heaps.

Gamophen soap for 2$ at local supermarket and exfoliate weekly with loofah/scrubber whatever you use.

hoy I had back acne or some kind of bumps on my back... I had to take some tablets prescribed by my doctor (forgot the name of it, I finished it and disposed the container) ... it really worked...

go see your doctor!

:) i used to have quite a lot of back acne but then i used neutrogena body scrub and it worked like heck!!
i dunno if itll work for everybody, but i dont think it would hurt to give it a try! ive been using
it for maybe a month or two now and i almost have a clear back ^____^ but i think it
takes about a week or so of continuous use for it to work.
