Can someone please help me find a digicam (most preferably by a well-known company) that has the following?:

- Able to shoot BRIGHTLY at night (I can't stress this enough...my olympus shoots well at night but once I upload it, it's extremely DARK on my computer!)
- 8mp or higher
- 1 -3 hundred dollar range
- Uploads directly to computer with USB, no programs needed
- Rechargeable battery
- Able to make pig shots (?). Like...you hit the button once and it takes 10 shots at a time...within seconds? o.O Does that make sense?
- Waterproof (optional)
- Shoots in.MOV or .MPG format. Something easy to convert at least. NO MP4's or AVI's!!
- Has cool features to uncover o.o
