Let's review the Soompi motto, shall we?


K-POP is anything & everything pertaining to Korean popular culture, which includes music, dance, drama, literature, etc.

The goal of SOOMPI is to bring this phenomenon to the masses -- peoples of all nations & colors. SOOMPI is the longest running site dedicated to bringing you the best in Korean music & entertainment, since March 27, 1998. We have visitors from all over the world, covering 6 continents. With more than half a million unique visitors a month, SOOMPI is arguably the largest community of english-speaking k-pop fans online today.

Can't preach to people your own age Soomp? So you have to rely on trying to force this political agenda of yours down the throats of, what appears to be, a majority of kids?

What does politics have to do with Korean Music? If you think I wouldn't post the same thing about a John McCain poster, you're dead WRONG.

If all you teeny boppers who reply, and think you know what you're talking about, but are only just repeating the same cookie cutter nonsense you hear on the news, parents, school, feel free, it WILL fall on DEAF EARS.

This is not a thread about which party you are, or you think you are, apart of, nor is it a thread on which candidate you support. If it was, I'd pick apart EVERYTHING that's on the AAFO page. This is a thread to ask Soomp, what does politics have ANYTHING to do with Korean Music and Entertainment?

I have loved everything Soompi has been, and I've been here a very long time, way before the wipe of the forum. However, this is a very COWARDLY move, by a person who seeks to thrust their biased political opinion into many of the people who came here for something completely different, by pushing a banner tactic that's seen at the top of nearly every other Soompi page.


So I'm calling you out, Soomp!
What does your political view have to do with KOREAN MUSIC?

If you have an issue with soomp or the banners, you should PM her directly or report in the rules section, not create a ruckus in the forums like this.
