Taking Foreign Languages

I'm just curious because I have to take 6 credits in a higher foreign language due to my school's graduation requirement. It's a toss up between French and Italian for me because they don't offer Japanese courses higher than the 200 level.

I'm currently studying abroad in Hiroshima for a year. It's pushing my grad date back a lot but i think it's worth it.

Yup, you guessed it, I'm taking first semester Korean this year and it is the BEST (except it's 5 times a week at 8:50am)!!!!
I'm only a freshman, but I'm leaning towards a degree in International Relations and Korean (except at the U of Wisconsin Madison the minor is: East Asian Studies with a focus in Korean), so I'm definitely studying abroad~ hopefully next year at the earliest!!
Oh, and I decided to major in this because I am really interested in the North and South Korea conflict...and Korea in general!
I'm also planning to take Hmong, which is my native language, next year. I speak Hmong at home, but I could use the class. ^^

Does anyone know if it's possible to double major with two minors?

this semester i'm learning basic thai.. quite interesting because the language is so "soft" and.. as if u are singing!
i learned japanese for 2 years.. not so tough except for kanji coz i hate to memorize them.
i took arabic as well. daily conversation is ok but literature & writing.. difficult!
and if you're interested in south east asia... u can try lao, quite similar to thai.
or malay (either malaysia or indonesia.. grammar quite similar)
philippines also not difficult to learn
probably i'll take intermediate and advance thai.. and french too. it's nice to learn more languages and meet ppl all around the world, and u never know it might come in handy someday.. good luck!
