What i use:

I just recently bought the Logitech Z-4 speakers for my laptop just because i got sick to listening to blurry music on those cheap free speakers.
it's not a top of the range speaker but it's decent for the price you pay, very clear sound with good bass without distortion.

im poor. i use logitech R20's. just too much sh*t to buy these days =/. i was worse off, i used to use USB portable speakers. that sounded like a loud phone speaker.

Logitech Z-2300 =] I like the boom.

Same here. I think its best bang for buck for a mid range system. Although the mids/highs are a little lacking (good enough though) the bass is definitely overkill. I like the boom too.

i use the Logitch X-540s. I got them for only 60 bucks and they're great! hooked them up all around my room on the ceiling and they're awesome!

Logitech X-240

I got this as my birthday present! I thought it had cost about $80+ but when I looked online, it was only about $50-$60! The bass is incredible! The sound is so clear and pure and I love the iPod holder. So neat =)
