How To Use Super©

I recently downloaded Super© and I've read the website and I've also played with it.
But I can't seem to click the right stuff to convert FLV files into MP3.
Can someone show me how to convert FLV files into MP3?
Oh Yea If you can, could you screen shot it, so I can see what I have wrong with clicking the buttons and stuff? :x

I was able to convert my files, but I couldn't find where my converted files where.
But I eventually found them! happy.gif YAY

You can always change where the output file is saved.

Ctrl + T then choose where to put the files then save. biggrin.gif
