Lately I've been having problems with my Ipod. It's an 80gig Ipod video, and I've had it for about 2 years now. It has been working well, up until now. The past few months, my ipod would run out of battery really quickly, but I'd plug it into my computer and it would charge normally. But once, it said "very low battery" and I plugged it into my computer and it just went all black. So I took it out and tried to press buttons to see if it would work, but it just didn't work. So I tried plugging it into my portable charger, and it charged. So I would plug it into my computer (after its fully charged) and it would just say "Please Wait. Very Low Battery", and I've tried leaving it in for a loong time but it still said the same. My problem isn't charging it, but I can't update my songs on my ipod.

Help please&thankyou? : )

You could try there 5 R's ( or is it 3?) where you restart and restore it which you can find in the support on itunes.com . If that doesn't work, then I think its time to buy a new one, because the 'very low battery' appearance is usually a sign that its pretty much dead.
