well as the title says: how flexible are you? (NO DIRTY THOUGHTS LOL.)
can you touch your toes? do the splits? over splits? do crazy back bends? just wonderinggg lol cuz i think flexibility is cool. last year i stretched every day over the summer and achieved... *gasp*... THE SPLITS! all 3 of them, too. omfg, but now i can't do any of them. i haven't stretched in ages. tears.gif all that hard work down the drain..

sooo. what about chuu guys?

I can touch my palms flat on the floor (with legs straight of course.) One night I was just stretching and wondered if I could do it and I kept going further and further.. haha. That just proves if you don't feel or look very flexible, you can really surprise yourself XD I used to practice doing splits but I just never could accomplish it.. maybe I'll try again...

I really envy flexible people because...... i'm not. Haha. But i started doing stretching a few times a week and it works. XD

I am not flexible at all. I could barely touch the floor with my fingertips when I bend down. I feel like something is wrong with my muscles in the hamstring area lol.

My upper body flexibility is good though. It's just the hamstrings that are unusually stiff.

I've been doing splits and stuff like that for 6 years now(dance class),
so yeah, I consider myself to be flexible.
You have angered the Sun god Ra, you must make amends immediately.
I've heard that Ra is a fan of fondue parties.

I can do....
-Left & Right splits
-fishbowl!
-Left & Right leg lifts
-Toe Touch
-Left & Right forward leaps
-Touch the floor with straight legs
-Sit and reach all the way down with a flat back. Fold in half?
-Um...not sure the name for this. Similar to the butterfly when you're sitting down, except I can pull my feet all the way in and my legs touch the ground flat and I can reach all the way down with a flat back? I'll post a picture later, in class right now. ^^"
-A lot of other things~

I've been dancing for 12-13 years I think.. so yeah. biggrin.gif

i can't:

-touch my toes
-splits
-back arch etc

the only thing i can do is the butterfly stretch lol

Awesome! How i wish my parents enrolled me in gymnastic/ ballet classes when i was younger..

i can do the crabs
i can't do splits though, thats it. It hurts when i try eeek

I am not flexible at all, it's impossible for me to do the splits and I can touch my toes but, barely. It's painful for me to that kind of stuff. I use to hate those health and fitness tests that had to do with stretching when I was in elementary school. I use to be able to arch my back backwards but, I am pretty sure I can't anymore.

I tried practicing in order to do splits, but quit. xD

errr, i used to be more flexible when i stretched daily.
i can't do the splits. I can do back bends and each down and have my palms flat on the floor :]

I can do a split but it does hurt.

i can.....
put my hands on the floor while bending over
put both legs behind my neck
do semi-splits?
put entire face down while doing butterfly stretch... <- never seen another guy able to do this
kick higher than my height? can kick the top of a guy who's 6'2 feet tall..if i jump. (i'm 5'6)
bend and stretch further than any of my friends
stuff myself in a suitcase
hide in pretty much small areas.

this is after around 2 years of not doing anything. [stretching or exercising] I thank my metabolism.

I've danced from when I was 3 to when I was 8 (before I moved to the US),
and so I am very flexible (even till today) because of my early 5 years of dance.
I remember how we had to do bridges, and we had to grab our ankles, instead of putting our hands on the ground.

I also did gymnastics last year,
but I stopped this year ('cause I moved).

But,
I can still do splits, and I can do bridges (though I can't do that ankle grabbing thing anymore, but I do bridges w/o pushing up from the floor).

Yyeahh.

My flexibility only includes a back bend on one split.

I'm super jealous of my friend who is super flexible. She can do a whole bunch of contortionist moves. When she does the splits, she just plops down and all she has to do is swivel her upper body and she can go into the other two splits. It's so nasty when she does it.
