I'm not entirely sure how this works, but I've been requested to research how much the dough should weigh for the following things:
Hamburger Buns
Bread Sticks
Hot Dog Buns
Could someone help me? Or at least explain what I'm talking about? Cause I have no clue what weighing dough is...

i think the quantity you're making would play a factor in deciding how much the dough will weigh no?
