Everytime we have a competition for colorguard we make each other buddy bags, basically decorated bags full of food. If you've done buddy bags before, what are your must have items?

I always ask for Cheez-its!

mmhm, we never did that in colorguard. But we be assigned a brother or sistar for the season and would spoil each other rotten with food! haha
I remember, one of the members in the Open Guard for Winter, made all of us A guard members bags of cookies, juice and pads! ahaha

Pretty much. All the sports teams at our school do it. We make a wishlist of foods we want and randomly exhcange them. Then we get our bags full of goodies on days of competitions/meets/games/etc.

Thats a no no no in Marching Band and Color Guard.

Really now? Our marching band eats junk food like crazy they always get soda n' candy. As for guard... we're not really allowed to eat completely junky food. We still ask for somewhat junky food, but we always eat those after competition and on our days off from practice. Haha.

Really? We were put on a strict diet of no junk food and weren't allow to drink soda. I know guard is way stricter then marching, but junk food is bad for you when you have to run most of the time.
