Anybody Know How To Make "cheung Fan"

does anybody know how to make cheung fan?? I am trying to find a recipe for it so I can make it for my BF in our 5yrs anniversary
My mum used to make then all the time but then she stopped making them and when I asked her.....she said she has forgotten how to make them tears.gif
does anybody know how to look for a recipe for it...I have already tried googling it, so didnt work

here's a recipe to make cheong fun. not exactly the type that you had in the picture, but the noodle part should be the same. smile.gif

it's easy!
but those rice noodles that are not cut up
that comes in a long sheet
and just wrap the shrimp or meet inside. top it off with the "kitsup sauce" and the green things which i do not know what it's called
ahahah maybe not!


these are def. my favorite!!
i always get it when i eat dim sum!

Honestly, just buy it and say you make it if you don't find a good recipe in time.
I don't know to make it either and only my grandmother carries that recipe. haha
But wouldn't you want to practice making it like 3 weeks a head of time to make sure it comes out right 0.0

There's a type of flour you use and mix it with plain water. It's like, raw flour or something, my mom used to make it but to be honest, home-made fun cherng biggrin.gif tastes horrible.
