yeah, so now that schools started, the pressures on, and ive realized that ive been packing on some pounds somewhat unconsciously. its not too bad right now, but everyones been telling me that i've gotten "chubbier", but i dont really understand it. due to my schedule, im running up and down the stairs all day, drinking lots and lots of water, running a lot in track and working out in gym, but im still managing to gain weight! i really want to stay fit like i was over the summer, but i have no idea whats going on. can i get some advice on keeping a steady weight and a healthy, toned body?
p.s: i thought it was sort of weird, cause a lot of kids LOSE weight in school, cause of the pressure and all...
