My club is organizing a craft fair on campus and I reserved a table to sell Vietnamese spring rolls, but I was later informed that non perishable food is permitted, therefore i gotta switch to baking. However, i dont really bake (always do instant baking), so is there any special asian bake goodies that you recommend me to make? it should be simple, not so time consuming, but attractive enough to maybe western people because there are a lot of parents visiting my school that day. also im tabling very close to the cafeteria so dont really want to have a little cookies competition going on..
i was thinking of doing japanese cheese cake, but there are so many recipes floating around and i havent tasted a real one so i dont know what it should taste like..
Thank you so much!!!!!!!~~~

How about egg rolls? (or are those also considered perishable?)
Or ehm, fortune cookies? Those are really easy to make lol.
