Applying to CUNY Honors HELP!

When you apply to CUNY Honors can you apply to regular cuny as well. Handing in both applications wrong or right?

When you apply to CUNY Honors, and you're rejected, you automatically get considered for regular CUNYs.

But the deadline was 12/15 in case you didn't know.
