I was looking at some growth supplements~~but i dont know if I should believe them
it says we guarantee you 100% but does it really work..or is it a lie?
If anyone used growth supplements, please tell me if they work.
If they do, please tell me the company namee.

They don't work. The growth supplement business is just a racket to trick people out of their money.

I possibly posted on a similar thread, but all it does is either give you a few vitamins, or does you no harm. Some REALLY BAD ones (like uber dodgy types) bump up your testosterone levels. I read an article in a chinese newspaper that a girl grew a moustache because of those pills >_> Generally they do no harm, but you can't be 100% sure. After you grow, you can't even tell if it's because of puberty or because of the effect from the supplements - it's really not clear. Nothing is 100% either :S

depends on what you take.....
the thing I take.....actually makes me taller me and my brother eat it. ^0^
but I went to see a doctor about it......so if you really want to....I suggest going to see a doctor....cuz if u buy your own pills and stuff....you never really know if it's harming you or not.
But the pills I'm eating are like actually for blood pressure(but if you take it for blood pressure you have to have more than we have hehe....) and stuff but it's side effects sometimes(only sometimes...me and my brother are lucky....my friend took it and she never got taller -*-) makes you taller and stuff.

I am currently taking growth pills (basically calcium and vitamin loaded pills...) They do work, At least for me. Besides even if they dont work for you, they still provide your body with alot of nutrients so hey...why not?
Also if you're planning on buying some, go to Korea. Korea, being the Height obsessive country that it is, has very nice and a wide selection of pills.
My only regret is that I should have taken these when i was younger (14ish)
