So what do you think of the game?
I personally think it is one of the best Mario Karts to date.
The Wii one is horrible. The 64 one is amazing, GBA was good and so was the SNES version.
Cube was decent.
I've yet to get bored of the game and it is fun to try out new paths in order to get that slightly better track time.
The Mario Kart Wii is only good when you got a group of people to entertain, but Mario Party would be better for doing that.

Delfino Plaza and the Figure 8 are the two best tracks imo.

MK Wii isn't that bad, lols.
MK is a pretty sweet game either way though; it's like a staple.

For a challenge, beat all the Nintendo ghosts. Rainbow road one was pretty hard imo. Difficult to snake on that course.

it doesnt really matter if u spam the snake or actually do the snake. long as you know how to do it its basicly spaming it over and over. i remember seeing mk ds at evo and it was stupid how u throw a blue shell and the guy in 1st gets hit and still you can catch him.

if u don't like WII version is because the A.I. advantage. I actually find WII version fun as older one. GC version ruined my mario kart experience, because i was expecting too much from it since they did such a great job on N64.

mariokart ds is the only version of mario kart i've ever played and it's a blast. I suck at drifting though It really killed me when I was trying to do Rainbow road 150cc

Pfft snaking xD.

I was/am such a bad snaker. Could only properly snake circuits like Figure 8 Circuit LOLLLL.
But I somehow beat some friends who snake, even without (they obviously weren't uber - but they still could lulz).

MKDS was also fun cuz of the missions =P. I don't think I finished L7 though =O.
MKWii is still fun though, like I said before. Went on wi-fi at a mates place (no wii back then hahah), with naughty names keke

snaking is when you drift and get short boost constantly over and over.

Not many people online actually know how to drift properly. There are those that rub the buttons back and forth rather than tapping the d-pad. It's fun sometimes though cause its like, LOL

Should start playing with people who know how to snake then. Makes the game more challenging. I usually play no items with friends. Then it just gets down to who can bash who off the cliff.

i do play with ppl who know how to snaked. played against ppl who went to evo last year who were really good. i managed to beat some of them and lose to some of them.

I got tired of Mario Kart DS because I'm always playing against the same thing. Since a lot of people snake, all I see are Dry Bombers, Eggs, or Vacuums. Its like playing constantly playing against Chun Li or Ken in Third Strike. Unfortunately, that's what happens when the tier is so unbalanced.

i just got this, i'm not really sure how to snake properly even after watching some videos on youtube. Do you press the R button to start sliding, then keep pressing left right left right until you see the yellow flames from the tires? sometimes I have to rub left and right a few times if you just press left right nothing happens. But i see people can slide and almost IMMEDIATELY have yellow flames... what the heck.
