A liberal arts college is an undergraduate college that has no (or very few) graduate programs. Most have fewer than 3,000 students. One of the advantages is that the school is small enough that you can get to know most of your classmates. You'll also never have to deal with classes taught by TAs or 500-person lecture courses.

.. And they focus on the LAs, obviously. Most LACs dont have majors like business so thats the biggest downfall (to me).

^This is true. LACs virtually never have pre-profession programs in things like accounting, business, nursing, education, etc. However, they still send graduates into a lot of different fields. LACs are also particularly good if you want to go to graduate school.
