At the end of Splinter it was revealed that Brainiac (or, "Spike," haha) had created the whole situation. He somehow got silver kryptonite and used it on Clark.. to show humans' dupliticious nature (I think).

It's hard to keep up with this show while living in Japan... I finally was able to pick up the fourth season... and bitttorrent sites have finally reappeared with Smallville on there...

I loved how the 4th season started off, with Clark taking flight... that was just an intense scene... it kinda blew during the whole stone search thing, but it picked up around the end of the season.

I missed the 2nd and 3rd eps of this season, but it seems like this season is going to be good... I liked the Splinter episode... but the randomly colored kryptonite is becoming overdone...

As for Lana and Lex... they don't end up together... Lana actually marries Pete and they have a child, which Lana names "Clark"... Pete was Lex's running mate for the US presidencey... and once Lex disappeared, Pete became pres... and I think that he and Lana split, and Lana has popped back into Clark's life... even though he's already married to Lois... I haven't read the comics in half a year, though...

I used to watch it every week, but after the 3rd Season I started to lose interest because there were a lot of cheesy episodes. I still like the show, but I'll only watch it every now and then. Kristin Kreuk is so gorgeous and so original...no one else looks like her! Tom Wellings is cute too! Whoa...I had no idea that Lex and Lana end up together in the comics, but I knew that Lex had a thing for her cuz they make it pretty obvious.

I think Chloe will die too because she's the only one besides Pete who knows his secret (out of all his friends). Since they got rid of Pete, I think they'll get rid of Chloe. Hmmm...we'll see!

I'm going to buy four seasons for my brother for Christmas, he enjoys this series. Heh. I've only seen most of the first, some of the second and haven't really kept up since then although I catch an episode here and there.

lex-mas episode was pretty funny. i liked it.

I loved this weeks episode. Even though it had the lamest line ever- "ho,ho,holycow" it was still funny that Santa got drunk as was going to kill himself over the state of the world. What next the Easter Bunny is gonna be on crac?. Anywho, I felt bad for Lex. He could have gone straight (which we all know wont happen) and been happy with Lana,but since theres a chance she would die he chooses for her to live and him to be bad. Good episode.
