Buddha Bless is the best ever
They're more dancehall reggae like Sean Paul, but they've got some hiphop numbers to them too~
Here's a couple of their songs:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gg9pdd9nu3c - Bump Boom Boom
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aX49LnP4Gbo - Fire
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dsvtb3aHm8w - Duk Dik (Non-Stop)
Umm..otherwise there's Joey Boy, he's the best rapper in Thailand
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pYY3b7FkwA - Sawat Dee Krup (Hello)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xddKAzyLhs4 - Slow Motion
And from the Gancore CLub group, featuring both Joey Boy and Buddha Bless
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9x-SkjgaGhk - Sanctuary
There's a new group 3 Kings and the Babe that are hiphop with some pretty slick dancing~
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZdk3s7eF6s - Noo Jor Baen (Flatscreen Me)
And J Jetrin haha
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cI4DuCmz_4o - Sawan Chun Jet (7th Heaven)
And while I'm not a huge fan, Thaitanium is pretty popular too
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EByJ_SmE85g - Tom Yum Samuraiz
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXk_rbUkpr0 - Baby What's Up
And, as far as Chinese hiphop goes, can't beat Homboy
Leehom Wang~
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YFDMXXf3ws - Zai Mei Bian
Sorry to flood you with Thai haha

They've been hailed by CNN as one of the 5 ASIAN ACTS TO WATCH IN 2008... so you might want to check them out..
They're THE OUT OF BODY SPECIAL... (CNN link: here)
I particularly like their song SOUNDCHECK (Here's the Imeem link)
Oh, by the way, they're Filipinos. Their songs are mostly in english.

7 Shots of Wisdom - Tonight You're Mine
- The song's in English though.
KL, Kenjhons, Matikz - Mainit
Magnetic North is great, too. They're an Asian American 2 people hip hop group. One member is Chinese and the other is Vietnamese.

Mobbstarr Dice and K9
Not sure what genre of music their songs are but they're like a hiphop/rap group and their songs are really good especially their most recent ones...one of them being EARGASMIC...which I think is a disco mix but is still awesome....

NESE - Superman from Hot Shot OST.

The song that I loved the first time I heard. There aren't many good hip-hop/rap songs around.
The beginning beat sounds like "Crank Dat".
