Get Thinner Thighs? how do you do it?

the rest of my body is in ok shape
except my thighs
they're a big proportionals to my body lol
I was wondering if you guys know any good exercises to get rid of the fat on the inner part of your thighs

overall, lots of cardio.
thanks! im gonna try doing jump rope, lots of people said it helps
yeah i know! its so annoying
stupid chubby thighs :S lol i hope i can get then toned down soon!

i do cardio 4 times a week and i walk to uni every day.
but i still have that bulge of fat on my inner thigh -___-

i've heard dat, u can get rid of those fats,
from go up & down stairs. LOL.

it helps abit to tone.
also it's pretty hard to have target training. it varies. when i do kickboxing & cycling or stairs climbing. it doesn't help. you gotta find an exercise that works for your body.
And stretching is very important too.
every stretch last 15-20 seconds.
so example u do quads stretch, right leg = 15-20 , left leg = 15-20...
that takes arnd 30-40 seconds.
u need more than just one form of stretch too.
u don't want to see a lump of muscle pop out at your calves, right?

i just started applying of the exercises for thighs because i too have big thighs but my overall body is okay pretty toned to a point. i run everyday for 2 miles and i do upper work out and its time for me to start doing lower body work out to be proportional so hopefully it works!

it has worked for me before but then after i stopped running and exercising, i gained it all back lol
