Get Thinner Thighs? how do you do it?

so I have this problem
the rest of my body is in ok shape
except my thighs
they're a big proportionals to my body lol
I was wondering if you guys know any good exercises to get rid of the fat on the inner part of your thighs

u know those big yoga balls? put it in between your legs and squeeze then release do this repeatedly orrr theres two exercises in 8 minute legs u can do. g'luck

Walk at least 3 miles a day

1 mile= approx 15 minutes. =D

me too, i have the same problems, my thigh is too fat, it isn't compatible with other parts

Don't sit for a long period of time and walk more =)

i have that problem too.
i do cardio 4 times a week and i walk to uni every day.
but i still have that bulge of fat on my inner thigh -___-

from go up & down stairs. LOL.

I once bought a book on toning thighs {I couldn't remember the name though T______T}. There are a lot of exercises which focus on the fatty area on your thighs including inner thighs such as: running/intense jogging, skipping rope, stretching, going up and down stairs and some other poses such as sitting on an invisible chair {If you know what I mean O.o I suck at explaining things LOL}, lifting your legs and kicking, etc. I think that book is really good. It'll work if you follow the instructions correctly and do them everyday. At first, your thighs and legs may get a little bit muscular but will slim down in the end. It needs time to show results though because nothing in life is a miracle. LOL Besides, you should plan a more healthier diet, too {don't starve yourself to death to get skinny though ^____^}. well, i run Long distance.
it helps abit to tone.
also it's pretty hard to have target training. it varies. when i do kickboxing & cycling or stairs climbing. it doesn't help. you gotta find an exercise that works for your body.

And stretching is very important too.
every stretch last 15-20 seconds.
so example u do quads stretch, right leg = 15-20 , left leg = 15-20...
that takes arnd 30-40 seconds.
u need more than just one form of stretch too.

u don't want to see a lump of muscle pop out at your calves, right?

i just started applying of the exercises for thighs because i too have big thighs but my overall body is okay pretty toned to a point. i run everyday for 2 miles and i do upper work out and its time for me to start doing lower body work out to be proportional so hopefully it works!
Always behave like a duck. Keep calm & unruffled on the surface, but paddle like hell underwater.

squats and lunges.
or just play volleyball. you will be AMAZED.
i love volleyball and now i love my thighs because of it. WIN WIN! ;]

i'm pretty sure running will slim down your thighs.
it has worked for me before but then after i stopped running and exercising, i gained it all back lol
