Does anyone get any of this?

It feels really weird, like your vein or muscle is trying to pop out of your skin. The flesy part of my palms, my back, behind my elbow and eye twitches a lot! I tried googling this but I only found people in other forums complaining like I am.

I have no idea what is the cause of this but I know it's not a serious thing since I would be dead. I've gotten this feeling as long as I can remember.

Either injured it or it's something where the brain is just shooting off
excess pulse things. I can't remember exactly. I get spasms from an injury
in my back sometimes.

Well, I guess you are talking about the "tic" (search in wikipedia)
Usually appears when you are stressed or not being sleeping well lately.

I heard it was normal and it shows that your working really hard. but when you get that you should stop and wait for it to go away until you continue to work out. You can probably get injured if you were to keep going at the same rate while you had that pulsating feeling.

i myself had that once or twice when i began weight lifting.

i heard it might be from calcium deficiency, stress, or being tired. it's nothing to worry about though. i hate it when i get it under my eyes. it's weird and lasts for a couple minutes ><

I do get that sometimes, but I don't think it's because of stress, because is happens more often when I'm relaxed actually, I think.

Got nothing to do with working out since I don't!

Most people I know of get it in the eye, not much anywhere else.
It feels different and that sometimes makes me freak out haha.
