i just got the samsung rant today and i was wondering if i can set any perosnal songs as ringtones?
also i know that i can use rumkin.com to send it through a text..but i'm not sure if they charge me on my bill when i dl the link?

yes it's possible. Upload the song via rumkin and it'll send you the link to dl to your phone. It should be free as long as you have a data plan.
