I use Clear Care. (:
It's been fine for me so far, and I love watching the bubbles in the bottle rise. ph34r.gif

I use Alcon Opti-Free RepleniSH.
I've been using this for a 3 years : )
Didn't need to rub or anything, just leave it in the case with solution.

They found some health problem in Amo Complete Moisture solutions a while ago, and a problem in Renu solutions a while before that, I'd suggest you stay away from those two. I use Opti-free.

But you should really just use whichever your optometrist recommends, that'd be safest. My optometrist told me to use Complete Moisture, and the night I found out about the health alert, I called her and she said to switch to Opti-free. No problems from then on so far~

I use both Opti-free and Clear Care, and occasionally B&L, AMO Complete, Renu, and Aquify. But I guess if I only had to pick one, Clear Care has my vote.

i used to like complete because of their lense cases ( it's blue<3) but due to the health alert i stopped using it.

Though many brands indicates that there are no rubbing and rinsing needed, you should still do it. It's better safe than sorry, your eyes are exposed all day so it's best to rub and rinse regardless.

Anywho, I've been using Alcon Opti-Free for over 5 years. It's really great and doesn't dry my eyes out.

You should really ask your eye doctor this question. People get infections because they use a solution that does not work well with their contacts or eyes.

Though, to answer the question, right now I'm using Opti-Free. When I had RGP's, I used a solution specifically for them.

Clear Care

I don't know why but last year whenever I wore contacts my eyes would turn really red but after using Clear Care my eyes are perfectly fine.
