I think you need to scrub away that dry skin.

Highly, highly recommend a pumice stone:
- Soak feet in warm/hot water for at least 15 minutes
- Allow it to dry a bit, but still be moist (if it's too wet or too dry, the stone won't work too well) and use the pumice stone to scrub your feet
- Scrub your feet like crazy! Honestly, I've done this and the skin just comes right off. Keep on scrubbing until you think all the dead skin is sloughed off and your feet are soft

Vaseline, Saran Wrap, + Socks:
- Slather your feet in vaseline and then wrap them in saran wrap
- Put on some socks to keep the wrap from slipping off and keep them like that overnight
- Wash off in the morning
*Be careful when walking! It can get slippery.

If after all this, your skin is still dry, maybe you have a skin condition (eczema)? You could try asking your doctor to recommend/prescribe some sort of cream .

Good luck!

i suggest you buy a pumice stone.
just use it in the shower and start scrubbing your feet with it. be careful not to scrub too hard or you'll take too much layer of skin off.
right after you shower and dry off, put lotion or Vaseline on right away.

pumice stone is also good for dry elbows and knees that make them look gray.

Edit
oh, and you don't need to pay too much for a pumice stone. at target the have some for just two bucks!
