Feeling Souless

wen something happened - someone did/say something, anything...
and u are hurt so much that u cant even cry and u feel dramatically... stoned/souless?
what do u do?

--- i tend to work, and work and work, get tired sleep and wake up and get back to work again

tell me ur story?
i wanna know what u do when u get this feeling?

when i get this feeling i usually listen to my music at like a high volume, try and be alone and not talk to anyone or i just write my stories.

it helps sometimes.

Go running and zone out.

During my Senior year of high school, my ex-boyfriend kept showing up, giving me hope, and then dropping me like a rock. I was hurting so bad inside, but Track pretty much saved my sanity. Everyday after school, I would just work out until I couldn't do anymore.

i take a seriously long walk alone.. 3-5 hours? get lost somewhere down the highway.. somehow find a train station and get back.
there's emo solutions, but that's in the past. LOL. venting through poems and etc. neh..
perhaps those are different feelings..

_ i had a dream when i was told something [bad..>>]. it felt like the world flipped upside down. and everything inside me just hollowed out.

=.=' i forgot the rest.

if it's that feeling.......
i sleep. be mute for days. or ask for hugs..

EAT. EAT EAT EAT. For example, get a tube of mango ice cream and watch some good ol' korean drama.
Or go work out, it's really good to get your mind off things. OR SHOP. SPLURGE!!!

I zone out and rebel. In my case, rebellion means not doing homework/other work I must do. What do I do instead of my responsibilities? Sleep, waste time on the computer doing meaningless things like reading random threads on forums (LOL), write, read, record/mix stuff, etc. x: ... sometimes I use music as a means of escape, but lately I've just been turning to naps and stuff to 'numb' myself :\ once I wake up, I tell myself to start afresh and to try hard etc. s:

i always do the music thing as well. and also go outside and run like crazy til im dead tired.

anything that helps you not think about it.
