Tales Runners is the latest Racing MMO which was released this weekend (Oct 25, BETA OPEN).
Developed by Rhaon Entertainment, is a free-to-play online racing game that offers various types of racing modes.
Basically its a fantasy track race with cute cartoonish characters racing to the finish using items, speed dash, skiis (yes you ski) and jump.

There is Single and Team Racing Mode (your individual and teammate times will be added up)

Theres 30 People Mode when up to 30 people can race against each other or try to get to the finish line without being caught by a monster

And then there is Team Relay where its basically a 3 or 4 by 400m with the baton that must be passed to your teammate.

Overall I think the game is unique since a lot of racing mmos require a some type of vehicle to race.

Here's are the specifics that I like about the game: the graphics are average but not poor; the music does a great job describing the tone of the game; and the fact that you don't line up to race but drop from the sky gives gamers a innovative excitement and the same advantage.

On the down side: it gets repetitive once you race all the tracks, it lags when there's too much going on in the screen, and it lacks punch/highlights. Highlights is what keeps games around for years and when I personally played this game, I never seen someone or seen myself have any highlight moments.
