Hmm... I think I'll put up multiple questions on this forum, but for now, question one in a would you prefer relationship question!

1! Would you prefer a boyfriend/girlfriend who's brutally honest or a girl who'll sugar coat? If neither, what would you prefer? [Like.. what range of honestly and what range of sugar coating.. haha]

I'm asking mostly the guys, since I'm a girl for my information, but girls are allowed to input too <3 :]

Example:

I was thinking about it, and I remember having a convo with an ex about getting married. I said I didn't like it and didn't plan on it, so he asked me why I'm going out with people/him. "After all, don't people go out with each other to see who they want to marry?" ... Honestly, on the inside, I wanted to say... "Let's try going out for over a year, and then I'll think about it" Because I actually would.. haha.. I would want a long relationship to help me realize "wow, we can actually stick together" But.. he was known to only have a relationship as long as six months... and ours only lasted two. But at that time and place, I only said, "I guess so.. I guess marriage is fine..." But you can see that's not what I wanted to say.. because I thought I'd come off as being too mean.. hurr hurr. XD

So let me hear your input. :] Would it be nicer to have a girl who'd say something that's the truth even though it may hurt you... or someone who would say for example, in that situation "OH MY GOD. OF COURSE I WANT TO MARRY YOU BABY <3" Lol. >w<

eh my girlfriend and i are pretty open with each other

we tell each other our thoughts so we can be brutally honest with each other and we don't mind
