My dad is more academics.
My mum in arts, she used to sing and that :/

I guess my dad is skilled in both areas, but my mom is kinda neither-- she's more spiritual if that makes any sense, haha.

My dad was a chemistry and a physics teacher before coming to America (he's an electronic technician now).
He's more academic. There is no artistic skill in him. Don't ask him for opinions on aesthetics. <___<;

My mom studied to be a clothing designer after coming to America (then had me and some siblings and became a florist).
So she's more artistic. She has a pretty good eye too.

academics. my moms parents never really let her do arts (take piano and extra lessons) so she had to get involved by herself. but shes a good singer. my dad.. i dont think hes very artsy at all LOL. neither of my parents are artists (as in visual arts) yet im pretty good at art o__O i wonder how that worked.

academic!

ma better at the english stuff, pa is better with the math stuff....so as kids....go to Pa with math hw and go to ma for paper correction... hehe...
but ma can draw....wish i have that ability
