does anyone taken the act;s?
i have and i just got my scores back. and BLEHHH!
they totally suck. it feels like they dont give you enough time to finish each sections.
well it was my first time taking it so.. and plus i didnt study at all.
what could help me bring up my test scores, self study, tutoring, classes?
i think im gonna do this kaplan test prep class that they offer at my school. has anyone else taken the class? if so please tell me if it helped bring ur scores up.

I've taken the ACT like three or four times :T My school doesn't have a kaplan test prep class, but the teachers offer tutoring help after school, and I attended those. I think my English and Reading scores went up from like 27-28 to like 33-36, so practice helps. The ACT isn't really that difficult, but if you just practice the different sections alot, it should help you a lot. The only section that gave me trouble was science. I don't know, but by the time that Science section rolls around (it's the last section), I'm so tired, all my brain cells like die on me -.-

yeah act isnt that hard, it was my first time and i didnt study, and took it just to see what i would get. haha that funny, the science part was my highest. lol.

I took the test 3 times and you just need to PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Buy an ACT study book and just do a lot of practice tests. Time yourself often and you'll do fine.

yeah i just took it. messed up on math sooooo bad and usually math is my strongest section. just ran outta time. 34-english, 32-reading, 23-math, 26-science. 29 composite bahhhhhhh

i usually mess up on reading because it's so boring to read all those passages >.<

I took kaplan test prep. It was okay.. i dont think it's worth the money though. my score only went up like 2 points and I didn't really learn a ton of new test taking techniques or whatever

well my friend said that it helps you alot, so not really too sure if its really gonna help me..
