Got Man-boobs?

My skinny korean friends have been making fun of me for years saying that i have big boobs.
Not that I am fat (5'9" and 145lbs), but at times i get doubts.
When my friends tell me i got big boobs, i reply by saying they are packs.
When I go topless, my chest is much more bigger(developed?) then other asians.
It get's pretty hard and bouncy when I flex. Actually, it's usually hard when i am standing upright.
When I am slouching or sitting dowm, or bending down.. my chest feels like boobs.
Well my chest is hard when im standing or flexing it... but i am afraid it might go soft if i don't work out.
I ve been working out at least once a week for past 5 years. and averaged 3-4 times a week for last 3.5 years.. untill about 2 months ago when i moved and couldn't go to gym anymore. ive been just doing dumbells and push ups every few days since.
I believe i have seen similar cases in westerners, but never so in fellow korean guys or asians.
what the hell... i think they are packs.. but my close friends don't think so.
but in the past, when ppl saw me topless at beach/swimmin pool, or saw me wearing tight shirts.. they told me i had packs.
it may be the borderline of being packs/boobs.. is there such a thing?
lol... im just confused, help me out.

i say you can just forget what your friends say >_> as long as you're wearing a top and it doesn't show through (looks flat) I say it shouldn't even matter. You don't have a problem with your body, so don't let other people get to you

5'9 at 145lbs doesnt say anything about your overall fat %. Maybe fix up your diet a bit?

Moobs are teh loves. I have a slight obsession with them.
Anyways, to lose your man boobs, you've gotta combine diet with loads of exercise. Yeah.

up until now, no matter how many chest exercises i do, it just becomes harder..maybe get a slight bigger even.
how can i reduce the volume of these?
is diet the only method?
i am not even thinking of getting a surgery to get rid of them for now..so any advice other than that please.
also, iono if this would help.. but about 10 years ago to 5 years ago. i was the same 5'9" but weighted no more than 115 lbs.
didn't measure but i think my body fat must have been less than 10% for sure as i was the skinnest person around.
but starting 5 years ago.. i started eating much more than before (i was desperate to gain weight)
and also started to weight-train regularly, but cut down on aerobic exercises by 90% or more (as high school ended, so did my daily bball and tennis)
i don't know if this has anything to do with it.
this is fixable though rite? i am just wondering why this is such a rare case among asians. (disregarding chubby-fat body builds)

I'm sure you could just burn it off if you did some aerobic exercises like bball and tennis again.
